A Medicare Supplement policy covers all or most out-of-pocket medical expenses providing you with peace-of-mind and potential savings.

Medicare Facts

Medicare Supplement policies are sold by private Insurance companies. They pay some of the costs your Original Medicare does not coverage. They help you with co-payments, coinsurance and deductibles. They may also cover services Original Medicare doesn't cover, such as medical care when you travel outside of the U.S.

Original Medicare will pay its Medicare approved amount for covered heathcare costs, then your Medigap (Medicare Supplement) policy will pay its share.

Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policies are different from Medicare Advantage Plans. Medicare Supplement plans supplement your Original Medicare plan, while Medicare Advantage Plans provide you the coverage and you do not need to show your Medicare Card when you go to the Doctor.
